This great little guide was produced in Victoria and features helpful resources on recruiting and retaining immigrants. There are links to online resources as well as contact information for locally based services. In 2006, 20% of the Canadian population was foreign-born, by 2031 46% of Canadian aged 15 and over will be foreign-born or have at least one foreign-born parent.
