Recession Just Delaying Labour Shortages

Remember how hard it was to find good help a couple of years ago? Don't be lulled into thinking that those days are over. A report by the Conference Board of Canada has concluded that slow population and immigration growth combined with declining rates of labour market participation will create challenges to Canadian employers.
