Recession Just Delaying Labour Shortages

Remember how hard it was to find good help a couple of years ago? Don't be lulled into thinking that those days are over. A report by the Conference Board of Canada has concluded that slow population and immigration growth combined with declining rates of labour market participation will create challenges to Canadian employers. This will put upward pressure on wages as employers compete for skilled workers. Read more in the attached report.
